INTERCHANGEABLE PLATE SYSTEM

Koltec’s patented plate system for 7” resin fiber discs offer both end-users and distributors maximum flexibility and performance.  A precision hub threads on to the tool’s 5/8-11 shaft.  A total of six backing plates are available that attach the hub with a quarter turn.  This system allows uses to change pad flexes without replacing the entire pad.  It also is more cost effective to replace the plates than an entire new pad.  8,500 RPM
