KOLTEC USA is the North American manufacturing and marketing operation for Koltec Technologein GmbH in Switzerland.  We are a world class manufacturer of backup pads for abrasive and surface conditioning discs .  KOLTEC USA opened a new state-of-the-art pad manufacturing facility at or Coldwater, Michigan site in 2009.
